To view a list of your locations and other pertinent information associated with each location, click the Locations widget under the “Configure” tab.

This screen will show you a list of your locations as well as each location’s external number and active status.

Clicking on the name of a location takes you to the “Location Details” screen which shows a snapshot of the location’s details.

This screen has two tabs. The “Users” tab lists all of the users who work at this location as well as what position they work there.

The “Reference Data” tab lists associated positions, Visibility Profiles, Clock Kiosks, and “Hours to Units” associated to this specific location.

If you want to edit any of a location’s details, click the edit pencil or the Modify this Location button which will take you to the location’s “General Information” page in Aesop.
