The Affordable Care Act (ACA) states that employees that work an average of 30 hours a week are eligible for health benefits. The ACA Healthcare Report will help you quickly view what a User’s average hours are over a period of time.
To access the report choose that option under the Home tab or the Reports tab.
At the top of the report you will be able to toggle between week view or month view. The Week view uses a 30 hour limit and the month view uses a 130 hour limit.
Choose your desired date range. You can also narrow the results in the report by if the User is Over, Near, or Under the limit based on the date range you have entered.
At the top right of the report you can also change the results based of the visibility profiles you have set up.
Click the Run Report button when you are ready to see the results.
The report will show the average number of hours worked by your Users in the date range you have chosen. If you run the report for a date range that does not extend into the future you will see columns for the User’s Name, Actual Hours, Total Weeks, and 30-Hour Threshold. If your date range does extend into the future there will be an additional column for Forecast Hours.
Actual Hours – The average number of actual hours that the User worked in the date range specified.
Forecast Hours – The average number of hours the User is expected to work based on the User’s scheduled data.
Total Weeks/Months – The total number of weeks you have run the report for.
30/130-Hour Threshold – This column will show how many hours the User is over, under, or near the threshold.

To see more detail on the weeks/months worked by the User click the arrow button to the left of their name. This will expand the details of the individual weeks/months. Collapse by clicking the same button again.
The Health Care Qualification Report can also be accessed for an individual User in the Users section of VeriTime. Just click the icon at the end of the row for that User.
