New regulations under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) require employers, including school districts, to provide coverage to employees working an average of 30 or more hours a week.  We surveyed over 1,000 school districts that have already decided how to handle the new ACA requirements and it uncovered some really interesting trends about districts and the health care reform.
