Using the Substitute Exclusions Report

Want to see which substitutes are excluded at which schools? You’ve come to the right place! We’ll show you how to use the “Substitute Exclusions” report which will tell you all you want to know!

To access the report, hover your cursor over Reports on your black navigation bar and then over Substitutes. Then, click on Excluded Substitutes.


Now you have the option to choose a school using the drop-down menu. Or, you can ignore the menu to view all. You can also choose to show the substitutes your employees have excluded by checking the box next to “Show employee exclusion?”. Lastly, you can order the results by preference list or substitute by clicking the radio button.


When you are ready, click Submit.

The report will appear below with the preference list owner (usually the school), the excluded substitutes, and your employees’ excluded substitutes (if you chose that option), as well as any comments that were left.


To print the report, use your browser’s print function.
